My name is Joni Moilanen (aka. Jemm) and I live in Espoo, Finland. I was born in 1976 and I have been in IT-business since 1995. Computers have been my hobby even longer.
I’m a .NET and SQL Server enthusiast who loves developing on Microsoft-related platforms. I have coded and architected in several projects and I have also worked as a trainer for .NET, SQL Server and other technologies for many years.
I’m interested in web, windows and distributed applications, architecting and coding them and everything related to databases. Studying and learning new stuff is not only important for my career, but it is also one of my favorite hobbies. Blogging here and in a Finnish IT-community (itpro.fi) is a nice way to share experiences and moments of comprehension.
Other ways of spending my free time involve movies, home theater, games (PC, Xbox 360, Wii), irregular sports and reading. Sometimes I also sleep. 
I share my life with my wonderful wife, Nina, and we have two cute cats.
