MSSMLBIZ was slated as manual start up (that would not start) and to use a network service account. I changed it to loacl system and it started fine and installed all updates without issue. Basically, this is the same as what others were saying; I just wanted to say that it worked for me. SQL Server Security installs may require some service shut down or other hand holding; if the install goes in with windows updates...this corrupt your master databases as it turned out for me both SQL Server 2005/2005 services would not start up again after installation of this patch.
